1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, registering for, or using the Wethic platform (“Platform”), Wethic Synapse, or any associated cognitive or kinetic knowledge nodes (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User” or “Operator”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Services. Wethic operates as a Delaware Limited Liability Company, and these Terms govern your relationship with us globally.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Wethic is an augmented education and operational capability platform. We provide interactive data sets, known as “Nodes,” powered by Wethic AI, designed to synchronize cognitive and physical skills (including “Core Architecture” and “Field Skills”). Disclaimer: Wethic does not provide traditional educational degrees, certifications, or licenses. The slogan “Stop Learning, Start Syncing” reflects our proprietary methodology, not a legally accredited academic program.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, TRIALS, AND BILLING
- Trial Period: Wethic may offer an initial synchronization trial for $1.00 USD.
- Recurring Subscription: Upon completion of the trial period, your account will automatically transition to the standard active operator tier, billed at $14.99 USD per month, unless canceled prior to the trial expiration.
- Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize Wethic to charge the recurring $14.99 USD monthly fee.
- No Refunds: Due to the immediate access to proprietary knowledge nodes, all charges are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a prorated refund for the current billing cycle.
4. FIELD SKILLS AND PHYSICAL EXECUTION LIABILITY (CRITICAL EXEMPTION)
Wethic provides interactive modules (such as Interactive formats) instructing on physical infrastructure tasks, including but not limited to solar system fundamentals, CCTV installation, and high-voltage operations (“Field Skills”).
- Assumption of Risk: The Operator acknowledges that executing physical infrastructure tasks carries inherent risks, including property damage, electrocution, severe injury, or death.
- No Liability: Wethic provides the “Blueprint” and theoretical synchronization only. Wethic, its Founder, officers, and affiliates are strictly NOT LIABLE for any injuries, damages, loss of income, code violations, or legal actions resulting from the Operator’s application of these skills in the real world.
- Compliance with Local Laws: It is the sole responsibility of the Operator to ensure they hold the necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required by their local, state, or national jurisdiction before performing any compensated technical services.
5. OPERATOR INDEPENDENCE
Users executing Field Skills or utilizing the Wethic Monetization Protocols do so as independent individuals or contractors. No employment, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship is created between you and Wethic. You may not represent yourself as an employee or official agent of Wethic to any third party or client.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Platform, including Wethic Synapse architecture, interactive H5P diagrams, text, interface design, algorithms, and Wethic AI integrations, is the exclusive intellectual property of Wethic.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the nodes for personal synchronization.
- You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, distribute, or record (via screen capture or other methods) the interactive modules. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.
7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Wethic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Operator’s account immediately, without notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or damages the integrity of the Wethic ecosystem.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
